16 oz. Box of noodles - medium shells, elbow
2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
¼ c. butter
¼ c. flour
2 c. milk
bag of frozen peas or desired amount

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil noodles according to directions, when almost done, add peas. Drain noodle and pea mixture when done. Place in dutch oven or casserole dish.
2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, add flour. Stir until golden. Slowly add milk, whisking until thickened.
3. Add cream of mushroom soup and drained tuna.
4. Pour over noodle mixture and stir.
5. Bake 350º until heated through (30 minutes).
