1/2 c. turkey drippings
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cooked, diced turkey giblets
2- 8oz cans evaporated milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat drippings, add flour using a wire whisk to keep mixture from lumping. Add giblets and one can of milk,
constantly stirring. Add other can of milk slowly. If too thin, add more flour. If too thick, add more water.
