4 qts tomatoes ( I used diced tomatoes)
2 large onions, chopped
2 large bell peppers, diced
2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
2(15 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 can rotel
2 cans mushrooms
4 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 T Italian seasoning
2 T sugar

Brown ground beef, onions and bell pepper, set aside. Blend tomatoes in processor slightly, leaving small chunks of tomatoes.Add all ingredients in a large stock pot. Mix well and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer. Cook for up to 3 hours. Make pasta as directed on package. Freeze leftovers.
