7-8 oz box ring pasta (small or large rings)
1 cup diced celery, (three stocks)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
¼ red pepper finely chopped
1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced
1 cup fresh peas, thawed
½ pound fresh frozen shrimp, thawed
1 can lump crab, drained
¾ teaspoon salt
⅓ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup+ Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Remove tails from shrimp, cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Saute in a little olive oil and butter until just cooked. Drain in colander and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Mix all ingredients except Miracle Whip in a large bowl. Once well mixed, add Miracle Whip and mix until well coated. Add more seasoning or relish to taste. Chill well.
