4 c. Sweet Potatoes, canned
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 stick butter

Topping:
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mash canned potatoes with mixer until smooth. Beat with remaining ingredients. Place in 3 qt greased casserole.

Mix topping ingredients with a fork to crumb consistency and sprinkle on potatoes.

Bake uncovered. Can be prepared ahead and frozen. Thaw before cooking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
