Ingredients:  
1 ½ - 2 lbs Round steak – cut into pieces
(Can also substitute sirloin or ground beef)
4 tbsp. butter – melted (may need to add more butter in the pan depending on how much meat you have)
½ tsp.garlic powder
½ tsp onion salt
Bowl of flour
4 cubes of Beef boullion (dissolved in water) or 2 cans of Extra Strength Beef Bouillon/broth soup
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
8 oz. container of sour cream
Salt and pepper the beef as it browns in the butter
Noodles ( I use Creamettes Extra Wide Noodles)

Optional: Jar of mushrooms or add fresh sautéed mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Dip the beef pieces in flour and cook them in the butter until browned
Add spices and Bouillon to make a gravy
Heat to boiling, cover and reduce heat to simmer until beef is tender (Maybe an hour, more/or less)
Gently stir in the mushroom soup
Gently stir in the optional mushrooms
Continue to simmer

Gently stir in sour cream right before serving

Serve over hot noodles cooked according to package directions
