2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 bottle Kraft roquefort cheese spread
1 bottle Kraft pimento cheese spread
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. finely grated onion, to taste
4 tsp. finely grated green pepper, to taste
2 tsp. lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
Chopped nuts

Directions:

In a large bowl mix cheeses together. Add coconut, worchestershire, onion, green pepper and lemon juice. Mix all together. Chill two hours in refrigerator. Take out and form into two balls. Roll balls in chopped nuts or coconut. Wrap in parchment paper or wax paper and then in plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated. Serve with crackers.
