Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat (or you can use leftover roast, diced)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
1/2 pint sour cream
Rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
If using stew meat, cook first until tender. In large fry pan, place butter; melt. Saute sliced onions in butter; cover and cook a little. Add cooked meat. Add soup. Simmer on low, about 20-30 minutes. Turn heat down to low and just before serving add sour cream, just to heat through. Do not overcook.

Serve over rice or noodles.
