10- 12 chicken thighs or breasts. Boneless and skinless.
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 cup shoyu
1 cup water
4-5 cloves of garlic
fresh ginger
peppercorns
Taste mix and adjust for desired flavor.

Mix all ingredients except the chicken. Place in a zip lock bag.
Add chicken and marinate several hours or even overnight.
Place in a baking dish, cover and bake 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Squeeze lemon juice over chicken before serving.
