8 chicken tenders
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
Garlic salt

Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2/34 cup ketchup
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Beat eggs in one dish; flour in another. Dip chicken in eggs and then flour. Put oil in a fry pan, get hot and then brown chicken. Put browned chicken tenders in a baking dish.

Mix sauce ingredients. Heat through. I microwave for 1 minute. Pour heated sauce over chicken.
Bake 350 for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
