3 cups macaroni. Cooked al dente
3 cups cheeses. Sharp cheddar, pepper jack, parmesan, etc. Your choice.
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 - 3 cups of milk
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:

In a saucepan cook your pasta. Drain. Set aside.
In a saucepan melt the butter and slowly add the flour to make a rue. Add your milk and stir
continuously. Once it starts to simmer add your cheese and stir until melted.
Place pasta in a buttered baking pan. Add the cheese sauce and combine until mixed evenly.
Top with extra cheese or buttered bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 45 - 60 minutes.
