1 lb. ground beef
1/4 - 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
Half an onion, finely chopped
1 egg
Salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste
Sauce:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice from pineapple chunks

Mix separately:
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. corn starch

1 bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, sliced (optional)
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, breadcrumbs, onion, egg and season. Mix well and form into small balls; coat with flour and fry in oil.

Mix vinegar, brown sugar and pineapple juice in a pan until warm. Add cooked meatballs, pineapple chunks, chopped bell pepper and carrots (cooked and sliced before adding). Add soy sauce and cornstarch, mix together for thickening.

Heat through and serve with rice.
