16 taco shells
2 pounds ground beef
3 tbsp. taco seasoning or 1 package
1 can tomato paste
1 can pinto beans
cup water
Lettuce, Tomato, cheese to top tacos

Dressing:
cup mayonnaise
cup sour cream
cup salsa
1 tbsp. dry ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning, tomato paste, water, and pinto beans. Cook until thickened and water has cooked out. Serve in taco shells with toppings and add the dressing to the top.

I think this is a Pioneer Woman recipe. Great for Taco Tuesday or any other night you have a Mexican craving. The dresssing makes them really good, much better than taco sauce.
