1 Lg pan baked cornbread
2 cans cooked biscuits
2 c chopped celery
1 lg onion, chopped
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3 eggs, slightly beaten
⅛ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp sage
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Crumble cornbread and biscuits into small pieces. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning until mixed well. Slowly add in the chicken broth, stirring occasionally until "very sloppy". Add eggs and mix well. Bake for about 1 hr until browned on top and no longer runny.
