3 oz. cooked chicken diced
cup diced celery
cup diced carrot
cup diced canned water chestnuts
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
3 large Romaine lettuce leaves
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, carrot, water chestnuts, and hoisin sauce in a bowl; divide between lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with lime juice and green onion, roll up.
