Crazy Crust Pizza Recipe

1 cup unbleached flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 cup tomato sauce
1-2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese

Beat crust ingredients together until smooth and pour into a greased and floured 12 inch pizza pan. Brown beef with onion and season to taste. Drain.
Arrange meat and vegetables over batter.

Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes, until crust is a deep golden color.
Remove pizza from oven; drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle on the cheese.

Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes, to melt the cheese.
