1/2 cup Philadelphia Jalapeno Cream Cheese
1/4 shredded old cheddar cheese (optional)
6 large fresh jalapeno peppers
6 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425ºF. Chop off jalapeno end and remove seeds. Combine cheeses; spoon into peppers but do not over stuff. Wrap with bacon, overlapping edges as necessary. Place, in shallow foil-lined pan.
Bake 17 to 20 min. or until bacon is done.

Usually use plain cream cheese, but whatever is handy. Alternatively, you can slice peppers in half. Try rendering the bacon in the oven first to remove some of the fat before wrapping.
