2 T butter
2 T slivered almonds
cup sliced celery
1 T Soy Sauce
5 oz water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 cup or more cut asparagus.


Directions:
Directions:
In 1 quart casserole, combined butter and almonds. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes or until golden brown, stir occasionally. Remove almonds, leaving butter. Add asparagus, celery and water chestnuts to butter. Cook covered on high 7 minutes or until done, stopping to stir once. Mix in soy sauce and almonds and let stand covered a few minutes before serving.
