3 cans LeSueur baby peas
1 can plain buttermilk biscuits
water, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Pour peas and liquid into saucepan. Cut each biscuit in half. Roll each half into a ball, and drop into saucepan with peas until all biscuits have been used. Add about 1/2 cup water to saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to keep biscuits from sticking together. Reduce heat to medium low, and continue to cook until biscuit dough balls have become firm and cooked through. If mixture becomes too thick to continue cooking the dough, add small amounts of water as needed to thin.

Trial and error is what it takes to get this consistency just right. It's worth the effort, though, as this was the only way I could get 2 toddlers to always eat their peas!
