3 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. cubed 1" cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. cubed ½" cooked ham
1 c. (2 medium) shredded carrots
1 c. (2 stalks) sliced 1/2" celery
1 qt. (4 c.) half and half
1 c. chicken broth
¼ c. sherry or chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ c. flour
3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. In Dutch oven, combine all ingredients EXCEPT flour and butter.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (15-20 minutes)
3. In small bowl stir together flour and butter; stir into hot soup.
4. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thickened (5-8 minutes)
