I package chicken tenders cut into bite sized pieces
2 carrots, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
2-3 cups broccoli
1 cup snow peas or sugar snap peas, sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds
sliced green onions

Sauce:
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. grated ginger or you can use the tube ginger found in produce, it's easier
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp sriracha sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, carrots and bell pepper on a large baking sheet. Stir in sauce and toss to coat. Bake in a 425º oven for 16-18 minutes. Stir in broccoli and snow peas the last 7-10 minutes. Top with green onions and sesame seeds, serve over rice.

I think this came from the Damn Delicious blog. It's healthy and tasty. The biggest part of the time is prepping the vegetables. Its's good the next day too.
