1 gallon of berries
8 oz sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix berries and sugar well in large crock.
Stir 2-3 times a day for 10 days
After 10 days, strain berries and get juice

Mix 1 quart juice with 3 quarts water. Add 12 oz sugar and mix well

Put a balloon over the mouth of the jug. Balloon will come up-when it starts going down wine is ready-about 4 months.
