1 pound ground beef
1 large egg (I use duck egg)
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella or mixed white cheeses (Italian cheese blend)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Mix (with your CLEAN hands is the easiest way to do this) to combine ALL ingredients.
4. Form into equal sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.

I put this in spaghetti sauce usually. You could make it an appetizer and put on plate with toothpicks and use different sauces in little bowls!

You can also use this recipe to fill a large green pepper and make it stuffed pepper dinner.
