8 chicken breasts (1 breast per person)

8 tbsp butter
8 tbsp flour
3 cans of cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
1 qt. heavy whipping cream (or pint of ½ and ½ and pint of heavy whipping cream)
chicken broth as needed for thinning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, then stir in flour.
Add soup and cream.
Heat thoroughly and add diced cooked chicken.

Serve over rice, biscuits or pasta noodles.

Make ahead of time and then reheat. This will thicken the sauce.
Add broth as needed.


*I usually use 1 can cream of mushroom and 2 cans cream of chicken.
