1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh Rhubarb (can do alone or add strawberries or blueberries)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine rhubarb (and berries if desired), add sugar, flour and salt.
Toss lightly.
Use 2 frozen pie shells (prepare as directed) and line a 9 inch pie plate.
Add the filling.
Dot with butter, and add top crust.
Flute the edges together and put air slices in top shell.
Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, then 350º for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: if using frozen fruit, thaw and drain well.
