1 bowl Spinach
1/2 bowl shredded carrots
1/2 bowl boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 bowl boiled and mashed green peas
Salt
Green chili and ginger paste
Lemon
Cilantro/ Dhana
Oil to fry or shallow fry

Directions:
Directions:
Boil spinach and put it in cold water so it stays green in colour.
Mix spinach, potatoes, carrots, green peas in a bowl and start mashing them.
Add salt, green chili and ginger paste, lemon
Also, add Cilantro to it and start mixing it.
Once done start making small balls using a bit oil on hands.
Press the balls a bit or you can also make any different shape as per your wish.
Heat up oil and start frying or can also shallow fry them
