1¼ cups butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
¾ cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 10 oz. package peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into the batter. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded tsp onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8-9 minutes.

I think this recipe came from the peanut butter chip bag, my recipe card is in Dad's handwriting. This is one of Dad's favorite cookies, although you could say he is the original Cookie Monster-He never meets a cookie he doesn't like!
