"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 sheets filo dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
8oz wheel of brie cheese at room temp, 20 min
cup Major Greys Chutney, Crosse & Blackwells apple curry chutney, or Hot Mango Chutney
Apple and pear slices (can dip apples in 7-up to prevent browning)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Brush each sheet of filo dough with the butter, stacking them and fanning them on top of each other on ungreased baking sheet. Center cheese on top of dough; spread cheese with chutney. Gather filo up around cheese. Lightly press filo against sides and top of Brie so excess filo forms a kind of sunburst on top. Lightly brush outside with butter. Bake for aprox 15 minutes or until golden brown. Pull top open with fork. Break apart filo. Use filo pieces, apples, and pearls for dipping.
