1 tablespoon orange peel
1/4 tea lemon and pepper seasoning
1 tea. garlic powder
1 tea. onion powder
1 tea. paprika
1/4 tea. smoked paprika
1/4 tea. ginger
2 table. cinnamon
1 tea. McCormick's sweet onion and herb seasoning

Mix all together..
