• 2 medium apples
• 2 medium oranges
• 1/2 cup brandy
• 1/4 orange liquor such as triple sec
• 1 bottle red wine
• 2-3 cups sparkling water or tonic water
• ice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the apples and oranges into thin strip leaving the peels on
2. Transfer the cut fruit to a pitcher
3. Add brandy and triple sec into pitcher and stir
4. Open wine bottle and pour wine into pitcher
5. Stir to combine wine mixture and fruit together
6. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or preferably overnight.
7. When serving, serve equal parts sangria and sparkling or tonic water.
(you can also add simple syrup to glass for a sweeter drink)
