1 lb cream cheese
¾ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
3 cups, cooked, chopped chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup ranch dressing
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled (if desired)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
4oz sharp cheddar cheese (1 cup)
2 scallions, sliced thin
½ cup finely chopped celery
For serving:
tortilla chips
carrot sticks
celery sticks

Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat to 350º. Combine cream cheese and hot sauce in medium bowl and microwave until cream cheese is very soft, about 2 min, whisking halfway through. Whisk until smooth and no lumps of cream cheese remain. Stir in chicken, dressing, blue cheese and worcestershire sauce until combined. Transfer dip to shallow 3qt baking dish and bake for 10 min. Remove from oven and add celery, stir dip, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Return to oven and continue to bake until cheese is melted and bubbly around edges about 10 min longer. Sprinkle with scallions and serve with chips, carrots and celery.
