4 cups sliced Apples (Granny Smith)
⅔ to ¾ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Flour
½ Oats
¾ tsp Cinnamon
¾ tsp Nutmeg
⅓ cup butter

Preheat oven to 375ºF

1. Place apples in a greased square baking dish 8x8x2
2. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix with fork until mixture is uniform.
3. Sprinkle over apples.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
5. Serve warm with cream or ice cream if desired.
