2 lbs. round steak
1 cup bread crumbs
8 Tbsp. butter
1 grated onion
1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cups water or beef broth
salt and pepper
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak into thin pieces about 4" x 3". Pound the meat thin and sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper. Combine bread crumbs, egg, onion, 4 Tbsp. melted butter. Spread the mixture on each piece of meat. Roll up the meat and fasten with a toothpick. Roll in flour and brown in a pan with the remaining butter. Add 2 cups of water or beef broth and cook until tender.
