3 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/2 c.flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. can tomatoe sauce
1 c. water
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 bell pepper chopped
2 T. worchestershire sauce
1 can green chilis chopped

Cut round steak into 5 pieces.
Pound with meat hammer or use cube steak.
Salt and pepper steak.
Roll in flour.
In frying pan put in shortening(enough to brown steak) Then put in roaster or electric skillet.Add all other ingred.
Bake or cook at 325 for about 2 or 3 hrs. or til tender.
