1 small head cauliflower
1 cup cooked sliced carrots. don't overcook
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup Italian style croutons for salads

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower and combine with cooked carrots. Put in ½ in. greased casserole. Cover with ½ of the soup and cheese. Repeat. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
