5 lbs. peeled and sliced potatoes
4 pints whipping cream
Cubed ham - to your desire
Salt if not using ham and pepper


Smaller version
3 large Russet potatoes peeled and sliced thin
2¼ cups whipping cream
Pepper and salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced potatoes into a large roaster. Pour cream over the potatoes. Rinse the whipping cream cartons with a little milk, add to the potatoes. Add pepper and add a layer of cubed ham. Repeat the layer of potatoes. Bake at 325 for about 2 hours.
When I press the potatoes down, the cream should just come to cover the potatoes.
