Wash chicken or Cornish hens off under cold water, dry off poultry and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper put in a dutch oven or roasting pan. Add marmalade on top and add 1/2 to 1 cup of chicken broth to pan. Bake on 350 degrees for approximately an hour depending on size of poultry baking time could take 15-30 minutes longer. You can also do this in a crock pot. If you like you can thicken juice to make a gravy. Thicken juice with cornstarch and water. Use 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch to 11/2 Tablespoon of water and dissolved then put in juice to thicken, if you want thicker just add more cornstarch and water, if you get it to thick add a little water to thin it down.
