1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c; shortening
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 11 oz. pkg. of Hershey Kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cream together sugars, shortenings, and peanut butter. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, soda and salts; add to peanut butter mixture. Beat well. Shape into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar and place on an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, press a Hershey kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Return to oven and bake an additional 3 minutes.
