Pumpkin Bars Recipe

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin (15 oz Libby’s)
1 3/4 cups softened butter
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda

1 8oz softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Chopped pecans optional

In a large bowl, cream eggs, sugar, pumpkin and butter.
Add dry ingredients.
Bake in a jelly roll pan ( 10x15x1)
325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
Cool completely and frost.

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Cream together and add rest of ingredients.
