1 lb jumbo pasta shells
2 C cooked shredded chicken
1 C cottage cheese
¼ C parmesan cheese
1 t garlic powder
2 T fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
10.5 oz cream of chicken
12 oz evaporated milk
4 oz cream cheese
1 ½ C mozzarella cheese divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Boil shells till al dente, drain & rinse in cold water. In medium bowl combine chicken, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine soup and evaporated milk and whisk until mixed. Add cream cheese to soup mixture. Remove from heat stir in 1 C mozzarella cheese. Fill shells with chicken mixture and place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese sauce and top with remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese. Bake about 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
