1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
2½ Cups Water

Add-ins to taste
Butter
Sugar
Brown Sugar
Dried Cranberries
(you get the idea)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine oats and water in instant pot. Give it a quick stir. Secure lid and turn vent to sealing.
2. Set pressure cook to 4 minutes on high.
3. When cooking cycle is complete, let vent naturally for 20 minutes.
4. Vent steam and remove lid. Stir oatmeal to incorporate any remaining water. Let sit for 2 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
