1 green pepper (optional)
1 onion
1-3 T. chili powder
3 pounds pork loin
1 (6oz.) tomato paste
c. vinegar
c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 T. mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork, onions and peppers in slow cooker. Mix other ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on high for 6 hours. Shred pork with fork and cook for another 1-2 hours on low.

You can skip the sauce part and pour a bottle of ready made barbeque sauce over meat if desired.
