2 lbs. chicen pieces
½ cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. salt/pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oil
½ cup soy sauce

Directions:

Add all ingredients in pan and simmer about an hour or until chicken is tender.
