Cake:
1 box white cake mix
¼ cup oil
3 eggs
1 small carton sour cream
8½ ounce Pina Colada Cream of Coconut
Icing:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 can coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix dry cake mix with rest of ingredients. Bake in 9x13 inch greased and floured pan for 35 minutes. Let cool. Combine Icing ingredients except coconut. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with coconut.
