6 medium potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes (like French fries). Line 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Place butter and onions in bottom of pan. Add sliced potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tender.
