2-8 oz cans crescent rolls
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg dry ranch mix
1 egg slightly beaten
Broccoli florets, cauliflower, chopped carrots, pimentos or any other raw veggies you like


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in an ungreased jelly roll pan; press over bottom and up sides to form crust and brush with egg. Bake at 375 for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

In a small bowl mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and ranch mix. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Top with your favorite veggies and sprinkle with shredded Velveeta cheese.
