3 cups cubed potatoes 1 cup water
cup celery, sliced thin cup carrots
cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 cube chicken bouillon teaspoon salt
dash of pepper 1 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour pound Velveeta (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until well blended. Add to potatoes. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
