10 - 12 top round, sliced thin
12 slices bacon, cook, drain and chop up
1 large onion, diced
3-4 dill pickles, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together diced bacon, pickles and onions. Lay slice of top round out and season with garlic salt and pepper. Sprinkle bacon/pickle/onion mixture over meat. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with each slice of top round.

In large pan, brown rolled meat in oil or bacon grease until browned on all sides. Add a little water and some pickle juice. Cover and simmer for about 1 to 1 hours on low heat. Makes yummy gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes.
