1-2 lb. bag of baby carrots
¼ cup of water
2-4 t. of oregano
1-2 T. butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange baby carrots in a baking pan.
Toss carrots with desired amount of oregano and butter.
Pour water in pan.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake in a 425°F oven for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and stir carrots.
Bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes more or until carrots are tender.
