3 c blackberry jam
2 c sugar
1 c margarine
2 tsp soda
2 c buttermilk
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 c pecans
1 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients except soda. Add a little flour over the raisins and nuts. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and mix until foamy. Cream margarine; add sugar, then the eggs one at a time. Add the flour mixture and the buttermilk mixture alternately to the sugar, butter, egg mixture, beating after each addition. Add vanilla, jam, nuts and raisins. Bake in one large bundt pan or 2 smaller ones at 350º until done.
